This full-day format is tailored to each client and is shaped around the priority topics and challenges it seeks to address.
The program is a mix of learning modules that explain the principles of behaviour change and hands-on labs that help identify specific themes, steps and actions that the team can apply in their work.
The outcome is a behaviour change map with specific actions and tools that the team can begin applying on the day after the program.
